Our agent recommended Jody from Licata Enterprises to inspect the house we are interested to buy. After researching some of the inspection companies in Las Vegas, it seemed that he is well qualified and he also had competitive prices. You can always text message him to ask for prices or to schedule an appointment for the inspection, which I loved, because I cannot make any phone calls during my work hours. He was very quick with responding and answered all my questions. After inquiring some information we got an appointment for the next day. On the inspection day we showed up about an hour later to let him do his job. When he got done, he had pictures taken of all the things that needed to get fixed. He went over all the pictures with us and explained what they were and gave us recommendations. We also received a detailed report the next day. Not only is Jody very friendly and professional but also very good at what he does. Having dealt with several inspectors during our purchase of real estate properties, I would rate Jody Satallante's performance as one of the best in the business! He was very thorough and well-equipped with modern "gadgets" necessary to facilitate the inspection/reporting process. He put me "at ease" and "worry-free" during the conduct of his inspection primarily due to his professionalism and obvious top-rate proficiency! Jody Satallante was at the property when I arrived and had already begun his inspection because I was late. He was very thorough.
